Role Overview:
The Product Manager will spearhead our product team managing all aspects of product development from strategy to feature development. Reporting directly to the COO, the role is pivotal in shaping the direction of our product in a pioneering company at the apex of the Crypto, AI and Renewable Energy sectors. You will be instrumental in shaping the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with both customer needs and the company's overall strategy. With an exceptional team in place this role is a key piece of the puzzle to driving our product forward. The right candidate will have clear headroom to grow into a Head of Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee all aspects of product development, including updates, feature rollouts, and customer feedback integration.
- Ensure alignment of development activities with business goals and the overall product vision.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage a team of three developers, and collaborate with a third-party company to deliver on product goals.
- Foster a “customer centric” and quality first mindset” within the team to ensure each member understands the impact of their work.
- Strategic Planning & Prioritization:
- Develop short- and mid-term product plans in collaboration with internal teams.
- Prioritize product features and tasks based on customer feedback and feasibility.
- Balance customer demands with technical constraints to provide feasible solutions.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams (product, development, data science) and external stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous alignment with the product vision and business needs.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in product development processes and propose improvements to boost productivity and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management or similar roles, ideally within crypto currency industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align product development efforts with company goals.
- Experience in analyzing customer feedback and translating it into actionable development plans.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of self managing and driving outcomes
- Knowledge of machine learning or data science principles.
- Previous experience with integrating third-party APIs or platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible work schedule, based on 9am-5pm in CET timezone with occasional evening or weekend work required to meet critical deadlines.
- Primarily a remote role in which you will manage your own time and diary.
